Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3-5 business days - £[3.95] (Free on orders over £[50])
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class): 1-2 business days - £[5.95]
- Next Day Delivery: 1 business day - £[7.95]
International Shipping:
- Europe: 7-14 business days - £[9.95]
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days - £[14.95]
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at sales@topbags.co.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
